EAina handles photographs and body measurements. This page explains exactly what happens to them.
What we collect
Your email address, an encrypted password held by our authentication provider, the three photographs you upload, your height, chest and hip measurements, your skin-tone selection, and the avatar and try-on images generated from them.
Why we collect it
Solely to create your EAina avatar, render the garments you choose onto that avatar, and improve the accuracy of the experience using the feedback you give us.
Where it is stored
Account data and measurements are held in our managed database. Photographs and generated renders are held in private storage that is never publicly readable; the app views them through short-lived signed links.
Third-party processing
Your photographs and avatar renders are sent to our AI image provider to generate the avatar and try-on visualisations. They are not used to advertise to you and are not sold.
How long we keep it
Photographs, measurements and renders are kept while your account is active. You can delete your photographs, your avatar or your whole account at any time from My EAina, and deletion removes the associated images and avatar data.
Your choices
You can change your skin tone and measurements, regenerate your avatar, or request deletion. Write to us at any time and we will action deletion requests.
